Transferring Data to E-Health
An electronic dental card delivered to E-Health is a digital document that is prepared for each patient to whom the dental service is provided. Patient information must already include a personal identification code in advance!
Dental Card Entries reflect the activities performed during the visit, which are also visible on the Dental Program label.
Open the E-Health module.
All medical records waiting to be sent are initially set to "Unconfirmed". To find the treatment data you want to send, select the period and, if necessary, the clinician and the doctor.
Click the "Search for documents" button. You can see the treatment data for this entire period.
Make all treatment data active by dragging the cursor left to the end of the line so that all rows are active (green), and press the "Confirm Selected Documents" button.
The Dental Program announces that medical data is being sent to E-Health. If all treatment data is correct, you will be notified that the treatment data has been successfully sent.
All medical records sent go to the "Being submitted" tab, where they are digitally tagged and transmitted during the day by the program.
You can see all rows of medical records sent in the "Bubmitted" folder.
Sometimes it happens that the treatment is not correctly prepared and the document is not moving forward.
The program places all invalid data lines in the "Erroneous" tab, which usually also shows why the transfer of treatment data failed.
The most common mistakes are the absence of the patient's / client's personal identification code or the absence of a diagnosis on the medical record.
The tooth program can make you remind yourself of untreated treatment data.
