Granting rights on TTO-MISP2

If the authority does not have a security server for forwarding information related to the provision of medical services, the person on the B-card of the medical institution will register on the TTO portal managed by the company E-health SA at https://misp2.digilugu.ee/misp2 You can find the portal's manual after logging in with the ID-card at the top of the page from the right corner "help".

In order to make inquiries from E-Health / Health Insurance Fund, the representative of the institution will register themselves and those who need the right of inquiry in their institution to register on the TTO-MISP2 portal (the mini-information system portal is a portal for authorities to make inquiries allowed to institutions).
