Referral and certificate

It is wise to use so-called favorites when completing the referral. In this way, you can create a list of the institutions and surveys to which you are directed.

It is possible to generate certificate from the program about the stay at a dentist  (school, work).

When the certificate is added, both the patient, the doctors and the medical institution are automatically filled in. The default decision is "Stayed in dentistry".
The date is the date of the visit. The date and decision can always be changed by the doctor.
Only the "Issued" field is required to fill, the name of the institution must be written there.
