Waiting list
NB! Only the premium package user can use the waiting list.
The waiting list can be used in a situation where it is not possible to provide the customer with a specific time, but would like to have access to the reception.
Click on the "Add appointment" button at the bottom of the Waiting list, then a visit window will appear, where you will be prompted to enter the customer's personal code or last name.
When a searched client is found, a visit window opens, where you need to select the reason for placing the waiting list.
In addition, it is optionally possible to determine the desired treating physician if the patient wishes to have time for a particular doctor.
Then press the "Save" button.
A waiting list will appear with the name of the patient in question, which you can see when it has been on hold.
To place a waiting list appointment on the calendar, you need to hold it with the left key and drag it to the desired time.
Adding a real visit should be a profile, a reason, and a treatment type.
The patient can be added at the same time as a stand-by appointment and can be added to the calendar. To do this, set the status to Waiting on the visit
This option can be used, for example, if a patient wants to get to a particular doctor as soon as possible, but initially the time of the visit is added to the future, because there is no time to offer.
If a desired treating physician should get rid of an earlier time, the patient from the waiting list can be raised to an earlier time.
If you move a patient from a waiting list to a previous possible visit, then the later specified visit will automatically disappear.
