Ootelisti saab kasutada olukorras, kui kliendile ei ole võimalik pakkuda mingit kindlat aega, aga ta sooviks vastuvõtule pääseda.

Selleks vajutage Ootelisti alumises servas olevale nupule "Lisa visiit", seejärel avaneb visiidi lisamise aken, kuhu tuleb sisestada kliendi isikukood või perekonnanimi.

Kui soovitud klient on leitud, avaneb visiidi aken, kus tuleb valida ootelisti paigutamise põhjus.

Lisaks on valikuliselt võimalik määrata soovitud raviarst, kui patsient peaks soovima mingi kindla arsti juurde aega.

Seejärel vajutage nupule "Salvesta".

Ootelisti tekib kastike vastava patsiendi nimega, millele vajutades näeb, mis ajast on ta ootelistis olnud.

Selleks et paigutada ootelistis olev visiit kalendrisse, tuleb sellest kinni võtta vasaku klahviga ning lohistada soovitud kellajale.

Reaalse visiidi lisamisel tuleb valida profiil, põhjus ja ravitüüp.

Patsient on võimalik lisada samaaegselt nii ootelisti, kui lisada visiit kalendrisse. Selleks tuleb määrata visiidil staatuseks Ootel

Seda võimalust saab kasutada, kui patsient soovib näiteks võimalikult kiiresti saada aega mõne kindla arsti juurde, kuid esialgu lisatakse visiidi aeg kaugemasse tulevikku, sest varem pole aega pakkuda.

Juhul, kui soovitud raviarstil peaks vabanema mõni varasem aeg, siis saab ootelistist oleva patsiendi tõsta varasemale ajale. 

Kui ootelistist liigutada patsient varasemale võimalikule visiidile, siis kustub automaatselt ka hilisemale määratud visiit.

The waiting list can be used in a situation where it is not possible to provide the customer with a specific time, but would like to have access to the reception.

Click on the "Add appointment" button at the bottom of the Waiting list, then a visit window will appear, where you will be prompted to enter the customer's personal code or last name.

When a searched client is found, a visit window opens, where you need to select the reason for placing the waiting list.

In addition, it is optionally possible to determine the desired treating physician if the patient wishes to have time for a particular doctor.

Then press the "Save" button.

A waiting list will appear with the name of the patient in question, which you can see when it has been on hold.

To place a waiting list appointment on the calendar, you need to hold it with the left key and drag it to the desired time.

Adding a real visit should be a profile, a reason, and a treatment type.

The patient can be added at the same time as a stand-by appointment and can be added to the calendar. To do this, set the status to  Waiting on the visit

This option can be used, for example, if a patient wants to get to a particular doctor as soon as possible, but initially the time of the visit is added to the future, because there is no time to offer.

If a desired treating physician should get rid of an earlier time, the patient from the waiting list can be raised to an earlier time.

If you move a patient from a waiting list to a previous possible visit, then the later specified visit will automatically disappear.
