Mass mailing

To make a bulk post, open the SMS/E-mail module, select the "Bulk Mail" tab.

If necessary, mark the Clinic.

If you are interested in a particular group of patients, please also fill in the appropriate boxes (you can choose by country of residence and country of residence).

It is possible to select or exclude patients who have / have not had a visit during the period you have specified.

You can also write in several languages. In the tooth, the recipients of the message will sort according to the designated language of communication.

Messages would be sent to patients whose content in the communication language box is defined. If the content is left blank for some communication language, the messages will not go out to those patients. 

When using a Cyrillic (Russian alphabet) to send a message to an aquatic patient, it should be taken into account that the SMS length would be up to 70 characters instead of 160 as normal SMS. A message with more than 70 characters will be sent as multiple messages.

If you are satisfied with the preview, press the "Send" button. If you want to make corrections, click "Cancel".
